Return & Exchange Guidelines
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@gard.ae with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if authorized by our team. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order within 24 hours and it has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may apply for a return after receiving the package.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 15 business days. If you do not receive your refund within 30 days, please contact us.
