Yes, all Gard smart locks come with a 1-year warranty.
Absolutely! Gard offers retrofit smart locks that are easy to install and remove, making them ideal for rental properties. When you move, you can take your lock with you.
Yes! Gard offers Bluetooth and WiFi-enabled smart locks that can be controlled via a smartphone app when connected to a gateway.

We can connect you with our trusted installation partners who specialize in smart door lock installations. If you prefer DIY installation, all locks come with templates for easy setup, or you can hire a skilled installer of your choice.

User limits vary by model, but here’s a general breakdown:
Main Admin: 1

App-generated passcodes: Unlimited

Your secure PIN must be 6-10 digits long.
The admin password is the master key used to add or delete users. It should only be known by the primary lock users.
No, this is not recommended as the admin password grants access to generate new keys and manage users.
Yes, the second admin password can delete the first admin password if needed.
It’s not mandatory, but we highly recommend setting a second admin password as a backup in case the first admin password is forgotten.
Only the two admin password holders can manage users.
Yes! Admins can have user passwords alongside their admin credentials, as each lock supports up to 200 passwords.

Currently, COD is available only in Dubai (excluding certain areas).
