- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash on Delivery (Dubai only), and self-collection payment options.
- Gard Smart reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misrepresentation is suspected.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery is available within the UAE. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery is only available within Dubai.
- Customers opting for self-collection must pick up their order from our Dubai Investments Park office.
- Gard Smart is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Refunds
Customers may return eligible items under our Return & Refund Policy within the specified time frame. Items must be in their original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Warranty & Liability
Gard Smart products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable). We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product and does not cover indirect losses.
